RISE SHILOH SCHOLARSHIP
Shiloh knows how hard you are working and how capable you are. Each year Shiloh works to provide additional scholarship opportunities to help our young adults graduate with a little less debt. In response to this growing funding need, Shiloh created the "RISE" scholarship fund in the Spring of 2021 with the help of generous donations.
The application opens on May 17, 2024 and there are 5 scholarships available ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 for tuition or certification expenses. Twenty scholarships have been awarded since 2021, and there will be another five awarded this year!
We want to support you as you work on your future job and post-high school plans. We are excited to support your educational goals with these scholarships intended to reduce the burden of overwhelming debt.
DEADLINE:
• June 28th, 2024 - Application and all requested items submitted
AWARDS ANNOUNCED:
• July 25th, 2024
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have participated in Camp Shiloh as camper for 3+ years
OR
• Camp Shiloh as a CIT (Counselor in Training) at least one summer
OR
• Hi Def for minimum 2 years
AND
• Must be accepted into a post secondary education program. Includes Trade school, Certification Program (6 months or longer), Associates, Bachelor or Graduate degree program (includes currently enrolled or re-enrolling students in a post secondary program);
• Must have GPA of a 2.5 or higher at the time of application submission;
• Must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher for all non-renewable scholarship levels.
JRG AWARD: Top award of 10k Scholarship
• Application GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Awarded GPA must maintain 3.0 or higher GPA submitted every semester
