ENSURE shiloh’s Families have groceries for THE holidayS

Shiloh is a Christian organization that partners year-round with four NYC underserved public schools to offer after-school opportunities, volunteer tutors, and an overnight summer camp experience - all free of charge. 

Give to our goal to raise funds for 150 families to receive $100 worth of groceries and supplies. In 2023 we are increasing our reach, as families and schools have asked if we can help with their holiday groceries this year.

ShilohNYC believes every family should be able to prepare for the holidays without worrying if there will be money for food.

Join us as we gather groceries and pantry staples for Shiloh families, many of whom have lost income or who cannot afford the rising cost of food. These groceries are more than a practical gift, but a symbol of hope, as they know we are a community of folks who love them.

ShilohNYC believes every family should be able to prepare for the holidays without worrying if there will be money for food. We want families to know they are deeply loved and are equally deserving in a bountiful meal, household supplies, and gifts to celebrate the holidays.

ABOUT US

ShilohNYC recruits youth through partnering schools in the South Bronx, NY and community programs in Bridgeport, CT. These networks bridge areas that lack sufficient opportunities or resources to access high quality enrichment.

We offer programs for youth ages 8-21. HiDef is our weekly teen mentoring program. We work with partner schools in NYC for recruiting, after-school programming and SERVE Spring Break tutoring and volunteer projects. Camp Shiloh is our sleepaway summer camp 90 miles outside of NYC. All programs are offered barrier-free at no charge.
