After over 70 years, Shiloh has seen thousands of 18-30 yr olds dedicate their summers to working at Camp Shiloh. Leading cabins of campers, running the kitchen, managing the business office, teaching classes, resolving conflict, delegating responsibilities; investing fully. Again and again, Shiloh alumni staff respond that their Summer at Shiloh was a new beginning for their life. We are actively looking for staff who's hearts are drawn to living for a summer immersed in diversity, ready to be a part of God's transformative hope.
All Roles receive a weekly stipend based on experience, food, housing, and transportation.

ACTIVITIES MANAGER:
Plan, organize, teach, and lead all camp classes and games throughout the camp day. $300+/week
A/V TECH:
Provide audio and visual tech support for camp, document camp sessions through pictures and video. $250+/week
AQUATICS MANAGER:
Certified lifeguard who manages pool safety and leads swim class. $250+/week
BUSINESS MANAGER:
Communicate with parents to help with registration, field questions, and organize camp office operations. $300+/week
CABIN COUNSELOR:
Guide campers through the day as their mentor, supporter, teacher, and coach to directly share Shiloh’s mission. $250+/week
CIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR:
Manage teen training program to grow in leadership, faith, professionalism, and life skills. $300+/week
HEAD COUNSELOR:
Empower counseling squad as they navigate guiding campers. $350+/week
LIFEGUARD:
Certified lifeguard to maintain pool safety and teach swim class. $225+/week
KITCHEN MANAGER:
Manage meal plans, food orders and supplies, and supervise kitchen staff. $500+/week
KITCHEN LEAD:
Assist the Kitchen Manager to prepare the food and the space to serve campers nutritionally. $275+/week
KITCHEN SUPPORT:
Assist the Kitchen Lead and Manager to prepare the food and the space to serve campers nutritionally, and no bookkeeping. $225+/week
LEADERS IN TRAINING-LITs
Youth who have developed through years of involvement with camp or Shiloh's other youth enrichment programs have the opportunity to become Counselors In Training at the age of 16. This position is reserved for those teens that show the maturity and work ethic capable of working directly with our summer staff and campers.
