Youth that have been campers or participated in any of Shiloh's programs have the opportunity to become Counselors In Training at the age of 16. This position is reserved for those teens that show the maturity and work ethic capable of working directly with our summer staff and campers.
CIT Description: Have you been part of Shiloh’s programs or a past camper? At 16, you can take the next step and join our team as a Counselor-in-Training (CIT)! This is your chance to level up, develop leadership skills, and make an impact by working alongside our amazing summer staff and inspiring the next generation of campers. If you’re ready to show your maturity, dedication, and passion, this is the opportunity for you!
